Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, most of our products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This covers functional issues but not normal wear and tear or damage from improper use.
